PROTOCOLS:
We want to be very clear that we are taking your safety and that of our staff very seriously. There are many new safety and sanitation initiatives that we are implementing but we wanted to inform you of the most important:

Arriving For Your Appointment:
CARLISLE LOCATION:
We ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. You will need to fill out a release form (or fill it out before you enter by clicking here) and sanitize your hands and we will conduct a touch-less temperature check.
CHAMBERSBURG LOCATION: Please make sure you have filled out our new release form (or fill it out ahead of time by clicking here). Once at the door we will ask you to sanitize your hands and conduct a touch-less temperature check.

Please Wear A Face Mask:
Please wear a face mask that loops behind the ears rather than one that ties behind the head. We are requiring all clients and employees to wear a mask when visiting WARMSPRINGS. If you do not come with one, one will be available for purchase.

Service Reservations Required:
At this time, we are not able to accommodate walk-in service guests.

Electronic Payment Only:
We request non-cash transactions for all retail and service purchases. All appointments must have a credit card on file. We ask you to please provide your own pen to sign receipts and documents.

Social Distancing:
We are splitting our Service Providers into shifts, thereby reducing the number of people in the building by a minimum of 50%. Salon Service Providers will be working in every other station, leaving an empty station to keep a safe distance.

Please Visit Solo:
We welcome our clients who are receiving services and will not be able to accommodate additional guests such as children, friends, or partners.

Touch-less Greetings & Goodbyes:
We will not be shaking hands or hugging at this time
(we still love you.)

Beverage Offerings Suspended:
Our complimentary beverage has been temporarily suspended.

Touch-less Retail Shopping:
We ask that you allow our Front Desk team to pull and ring-up your products.

Limited Items:
Please limit any belongings that you bring with you to just your phone and form of payment. We ask that you please leave your handbag and coat at home.

Guest Check-Outs:
Transactions will be touch-less. To avoid long lines, we are currently limited to booking only one appointment in person. If you would like to make multiple future appointments, we kindly ask that you call us and we will be happy to set those up.

Discontinuation Of Discounts:
In order to avoid a price increase due to being inoperable for three months, we have discontinued the following until further notice: “We Miss You” coupon, “Selfie” coupon, birthday coupons, Points & Rewards, etc. The Lash Fill punch card is discontinued permanently.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as we are working quickly and diligently to be both accommodating and conscientious of your needs (this is all new to us as well). We are incorporating extensive new and improved sanitation practices into every aspect of our operation, including the requirement of all our employees completion of our State Board Barbicide© course.
